Established in 1994, Whitehaven is a small family owned boutique winery located in the world-renowned Marlborough region of New Zealand. Their 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is a medium bodied and elegant wine with finely balanced acidity. It's bursting with bright notes of grapefruit, white peach, tropical fruits, pear,  and lemongrass flavors that persist on the long, clean, crisp finish. It is a perfect accompaniment to summer salads, tuna sashimi, and shellfish.
