The satellite appellations of the right bank of Bordeaux are often over looked - which is too bad. There are many gems like one from a branch of the Rothschild family waiting to be discovered. This wine shows ripe fruit flavors (cherry, raspberry). It is a medium bodied wine with round and soft tannins, balanced with good acid. The cab franc lends some nice personality and aromatics to this wine.
