The Recanati Winery is owned by Lenny Recanati, a native of Israel with ancestral roots stretching back to Italy.

The winemaking method brings out the softness of the tannins and the fruity aroma. The Yasim Red has a refined body and balanced acidity allowing it to be enjoyed while it is still young. Extremely versatile, this is a wine that will complement a wide array of dishes, especially barbeque, cheeses, and poultry.
