Tasting Notes: Banana, Pineaple, Nutmeg, Vanilla
Just like the Espadin, this Mezcal is completely handmade, however the Tobala is foraged from wild agave. Tobala takes much longer to mature and is much smaller and sweeter than Espadin. This bottle is reminiscent of ripe tropical bananas and pineapples, warm spices like clove, nutmeg and cinnamon; with light smokiness, vanilla, and cream. Tobala is great for sipping after dinner, by itself or with dessert.
