Balanced, exuberant, slightly frizzante and not overly sweet with the presence of minerality typical of the territory. The bouquet is composed of tropical fruit flavors and a touch of apricot. Its fine flavor is fresh, well balanced and long lasting. It goes well with fruit, dry cakes and sweet appetizers. A party gem!
