Our friend Birk O'Halloran and his buddy Karl Antle are commited to making wines they like to drink. They simply strive to make the best wines possible and do this by enlisting the help of giants in the industry. The Sidekick series enables them to produce the best wine possible at everyday drinking value. 

The fruit for the Sidekick Cabernet was souced from vineyards throughout California. A small portion of the Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in oak barrels the rest in stainless steel. The wine is rich and bold with plum, berries, a distinct earthiness, baking chocolate, dried herbs, and vanilla flavors with anise nuances while maintaining a nice brightness.
