Grape: 70% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache

Tasting Notes:  Red Cherry, Blueberry, Pepper Spice, Herbs

70% Mourvèdre and 30% Grenache. 'Les Restanques' is the second wine from Pibarnon. The grapes come primarily from younger vines. With the larger proportion of Grenache and the younger vine fruit, this cuvee is styled for early drinking.  A restanque is a hill-side terrace, where vineyards are planted, and these are all farmed organically.
