As a négociant and vinificateur (winery), Caves d’esclans identifies vineyards, grapes, and wines from Château d’Esclans as well as local growers to make what has been called the world’s greatest rosé - Whispering Angel.

The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry and crisp. The palate is fruity but not over the top featuring flavors of strawberries, savory spices, grapefruit, lemon, mineral, cantaloupe, watermelon, and peaches. Pair with sashimi or salmon or even Thanksgiving turkey.
