New Jersey native, Daniel Brennan, travelled through Europe and America as the manager of a rock band. When docked in Philadelphia, he fell in love with New Zealand wines. So, in 2007 Daniel left Philadelphia to pursue the passion of learning to become a winemaker in New Zealand. Daniel worked with some of New Zealand's top producers, as well as wineries & vineyards in California, Oregon, and Italy. He has succeeded with flying colors.
This salmon colored Rose is dry, light bodied, fresh, and well balanced, with crisp acid, The palate is lush with raspberry, cherry, strawberry, orange peel, roses, clove, mushroom, mineral, and a hint of peach. A good choice for salmon, tuna salad sandwiches or roast chicken.
