Produced and bottled in Sagaponack, New York. Similar in many respects to conditions in Bordeaux, the local Bridgehampton sandy loam soil, combined with the breeze from the Atlantic, provides the perfect conditions to achieve the ripeness and acidity necessary. This wine has round, ripe fruit flavors accented by fresh citrus and mineral. The wine is perfect for foods including smoked salmon and poached lobster, or a picnic basket full of chacuterie and soft cheeses.
