This wine offers the balance and elegance that has become Chandon`s hallmark style. Very crisp with taut, tiny bubbles & lots of them. Light in body and very dry. Slight hint of green apple and bread dough on the nose. The palate exudes more fruit notes - apple, pear, and hints of peach and pineapple. Finishes off clean and more persistent. Pairs well with truffled Deviled Eggs or less exotic foods such as Caesar salad, fried calamari, oysters, or sushi.
