Mercat Cava aims to evoke the spirit of community, liveliness, and tradition. The producer is El Xamfrá, which was founded in 1987. Their critically acclaimed Rose Cava is made using traditional methods by Francisco Dominguez who hand crafts every bottle with the utmost attention and care.

This clean and fresh Cava Rosé has zesty aromas and flavors of citrus, apple, berry, redcurrant, blood orange, apple, pear, peach, minerals and brioche. It sees extended lees aging and is finished with a very low dosage, allowing the chalky soils on which the old vines are grown to shine through on the palate. Pairs well with a spicy seafood paella.
