Tasting Notes: Fresh, Floral, Subtle Juniper

There are only two gins made in Ireland and one of these is the hand-crafted, artisan Dingle Original Gin.  The Gin is made in small batches and is categorized as a London dry gin. The unique character and flavor come from an original choice of botanicals such as rowan berry from the mountain ash trees, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather for a taste of the Kerry landscape. This is the namesake Gin of our friends down the street at Fraunces Tavern and the Dingle Whiskey Bar!
