Tasting Notes: Vanilla, Marzipan, Baking Spice, Raisin

Aged for the first 9 years of its life in American white oak casks, after which half is transferred to sherry casks and aged for an additional 3 years. The result is a complex and smooth whiskey, with a hint of sherried sweetness and spice.
