Vinified mostly in stainless steel, this wine also includes 25% neutral barrels and 5% new. This addition gives the wine great texture while retaining bright flavors and a fresh palate feel. You can pair this with cured Italian meats, Chèvre cheese & peppercorn crackers, oysters or sashimi. Diversity is the operative word here.
