In 2020, Familia Torres Winery celebrated its 150th anniversary, but the first mention of the Torres wine family was in 1557. The winery, however, wasn’t established until 1870 by Miguel Torres Vendrell. Recognized year after year as Drinks International's “World’s Most Admired Wine Brand,” the story of Familia Torres is a known and respected one throughout Spain and the world.

The Celeste Verdejo is modern in style, silky, structured, and firm with elegant acidity, medium body, and a lengthy finish. The youthful palate conveys flavors of apricot, peach, apple, grapefruit, lemon, flint, minerals, and fennel with notes of almond and yeast. It's a perfect match for seafood and goes wonderfully with salads.
