It uses only biological processes and biodynamic preparations, all of their fertilizers are created in-house using natural methods. San Salvatore even has a photovoltaic plant that reduces CO2 pollution. Needless to say, they go above and beyond to protect our Earth and to assure you that the wine you drink, is nothing but natural. 

This is a crisp, clean, and refreshing wine. The acidity is electric which carries you through a wealth of layered stone fruit, apple, citrus, mineral, honey, and tropical fruit flavors. Just great with bouillabaisse!
