Shipping/Delivery Process & Timing

Wines with 3-6 day product terms will take 3-6 business days to process and ship from our location in New York City. Please note that this does not include the time it takes for shipping/delivery from our location to yours. 

The products will ship from our location in 3-6 business days and then the actual delivery time will vary depending on where you are shipping the wine to.  Deliveries within NYC's 5 boroughs are handled by a third party courier service and generally arrive next day. Shipments to other U.S. states are shipped via UPS.  Please refer to our 'Terms & Delivery' for a list of states we are not allowed to ship to by law.

Shipping/Delivery Charges

Shipping/delivery charges are based on the number of wines and the shipping destination. Once you add the items you'd like to be shipped to your cart and enter the shipping address you will be able to view the various shipping/delivery options and pricing. 

Availability

Wines with 3-6 day product terms displayed on this site are often limited. Please enter the quantity you'd like to purchase and our customer service department will notify you if there is any issue in filling your order. 

Minimum Order Requirements

Due to the nature of some products, we sometimes require minimum quantity order requirements to be met before we can fulfill the order. Products with these requirements should be indicated within the product description themselves.
