Since 1350, the Bichot family has called Burgundy home. At the end of the 19th century, Albert Bichot took the family business into a new direction and created the winery. Since 1996, Albéric Bichot has represented the 6th generation managing the winery. They have acquired 250 acres of vineyards in the most reputed growing areas throughout Burgundy.
This NV Albert Bichot Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Reserve is the ultimate value ringer for the real deal. Master of Wine Jancis Robinson said it best: “Delicious fizz that would give many a Champagne a run for its money.” It's clean and precise with beautiful length, a great tang of acidity and a soft, creamy mousse. The palate bursts with flavors of nectarine, citrus, yellow apples, Asian pear, and blood orange zest, with hints of smoke and biscuit. Try with fried chicken or seafood.
