Tasting Notes: Plum, Blackcurrant, Cherry, Vanilla
The producers of the Anne de Joyeuse company have constantly worked on the evolution of their vineyard since 1929. They are cultivated with great care following the guidelines of the ‟Protect Planet” program on the slopes facing the nearby Pyrenean mountains.
Dry but fairly smooth. Medium to full-bodied, dusty, expressed tannins, with medium+ acidity. Blackcurrant, dry cherries, plum, violet, chocolate, vanilla, raspberries, blueberries, licorice and earth flitter across the palate. It'sa wine to drink with a cassoulet or Osso Bucco or BBQ'ed meat.
