This rosé of the Portugese variety Touriga Nacional from Lake County is highly sought-after and quite limited. It is vinified in steel with native yeasts, leading to a bright fruited wine noted with flavors of watermelon, citrus, strawberry, cherry, wild berries and spice accompanied with a chalky minerality and a saline-tinged finish. It has fine tannins and bright acidity. The low alcohol make it a great afternoon sipper.
