Tasting Notes: Cherry, Violets, Vanilla, Plum
Beni di Batasiolo is the largest family-owned wine producer in Italy's Piedmont region. Since 1978, the winery has grown to encompass over 320 acres of vineyards. The estates' soil, climate and position among the hills produce a range of noble, elegant wines.
Rich, medium bodied, fresh and perfectly balanced with a slight bitter aftertaste typical for Dolcetto. Plum, raspberry, cherry, vanilla, oak, violets, and spice roll across the palate. Try pairing with appetizers, pasta, ham, or risotto.
