Grape: Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: Pear, Peach, Apple, Jasmin
At almost 5,000 feet elevation in the Andean foothills, the Adrianna vineyard's calcareous soils and cool climate are the promised land of Chardonnay. That is why the fruit has a purity of flavors and minerality that cannot be found anywhere else in Mendoza.
This one of the kind Chardonnay offers a bouquet of ripe peaches interwoven with delicate citrus and jasmine notes. The palate shows rich and concentrated ripe pear, apple, and apricot. The wine finishes long and complex with crisp, mineral acidity.
