Tasting Notes: Nectarine, Rose Petal, Strawberry, Watermelon Candy
Flor De Muga is sourced from the terraced upper terrain of Spain’s Najerilla valley, where in clay and limestone soil, at altitudes as high as 750 meters, grow vines several generations old, and which produce grenache grapes of outstanding quality, harvested at peak ripeness. This is a Rose of exceptional caliber, with meticulous detail put into its crafting. The ripeness of the grapes is evident in the juicy, fruit forward character, marked by strawberry and candied watermelon flavor notes. Soft florals bestow grace while not making this wine too delicate to stand up to a variety of culinary options. We recommend pairing with shrimp scampi or a Chilean sea bass.
