Structured, balanced, and firm, medium bodied, dry, with bright acidity. The smooth, vibrant palate features raspberry, black cherry, plum, earth, leather, oak,and iron flavors. The finish is long and round. It has the weight and power to stand up to lamb stew and braised meats.
