Tasting Notes: Juniper, Citrus, Spice

We are super excited for this craft gin from Brooklyn! Every component of this gin is grown in NY state, from the corn for the base spirit to the citrus fruits and the Juniper and spices, and then distilled at the Warwick distillery in Upstate New York. Citrus fruits are hand peeled, spices are cracked and then infused into the base spirit. The result is a bright, punchy, citrus driven gin that stands out in cocktails or shines in martini.
