Cala Cala means "Gulp, Gulp" says Massimiliano, meaning you should gulp this one down because it's so tasty!
This Nerello Mascalese has tons of charm for the price. It's inviting and warming, and will pair well with many types of foods, including both meats and pastas. The spicy, earthy notes keep you coming back for more.
