In 1868, cooper Victor Canard and his wife Léonie Duchêne created the eponymous Maison Canard-Duchêne, driven by a bold vision : to reveal the exceptional potential of their hillside village, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Today, cellar master Laurent Fédou brings cretivity to the brand without losing site of the original vision.
This beautiful sparkler hails from Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages like Ambonnay, Chouilly, Verzy and Avena. It's fresh, clean, soft, and dry with bright acidity and luscious mousse. The creamy palate provides flavors of apple, brioche, lemon, almond, dried apricot, pear, minerals, and white flowers. A winner on it's own and a good companion for seafood especially caviar.
