The wines at Castell de Santueri are made by brothers-in-law Pere Obrador and Miguel Angel "el Pirata" Cerda. They are both committed to bringing back the vinification of native varieties in Mallorca.
This wine comes from the area of Felanitx in Mallorca where the red soil gives the wine all its character and maximum balance. The production is low and the selection is very meticulous. it is fresh and balanced and the low 12% ABV and crisp acidity makes this a wonderful summer sipper. Serve with white fishes, green olives, Marcona almonds and lighter, fresh cheeses, such as Manchego.
