The Costalina has terrific vibrancy as well as persistence. It's a blend to represent the best of the their Sonoma coastal vineyards.It is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh while you await their single-vineyard expressions to fully evolve with some bottle age.
The palate is expressive and perfumed. It features Burgundian-like flavors with a touch more Sonoma fruit notes. You'll detect raspberry, cherry, baking spices, mushrooms, minerals, and lavender. A good match for pork or duck.
