Farmed organically since it was planted, Hacienda Secoya is a monopole for Ceritas. Exotic and super-expressive, the Hacienda Secoya is positively brilliant in 2017. The palate is medium-bodied with dark cherry and plum fruit pushed forward, with pretty floral, spice, mocha and herb notes that add layers of nuance throughout. It is structured and precise with very fine-grained tannins.
