Chanson has represented the best of Burgundy for more than 250 years, growing its own grapes, partnering with other growers, bottling, selling, and shipping its own wines. Chanson's holdings comprise some of Burgundy's most coveted vineyards. Voltaire and the Bonaparte family were among its clients. Chanson was purchased by the Champagne Bollinger family in 1999.

Firmness and elegance are the characteristics of this premier cru beauty. It's medium to full-bodied, more crisp in style but with some roundness. A multitude of flavors - butter, chalk, lemon, apple peel, white pear, light honey, spice with mineral and stone undertones - are present. It will go well with sea food or fresh goat cheese.
