In 1970, Jacques Demonchaux acquired this beautiful estate and endeavored to restore it to its splendor. The 250 hectare estate currently has 90 hectares of vines on the best slopes. The Pierrail castle was built in the 17th century.
This Sauvignon blend is full-bodied and voluminous, nicely balanced with frsh acidity. The palate is dry with revealing flavors of citrus, pineapple, green apple, guava, lychee, mint with floral notes. Try with crab cakes or mussels or sushi.
