Clos Anais is cultivated in the cooler regions of Napa Valley yielding small, concentrated berries. It is crafted with multiple clones to emphasize the fruit with wonderful acidity and balance. It is creamy having light but not too much oak. Notes of lemon zest, citrus, pineapple, tangerine, almonds, and vainilla are also detectable on the palate. Enjoy with deep fried calamari with spicy dipping sauce.
