Grape: Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Note: Lime, Lemon Zest, Stone Fruits, Gooseberry
I honestly felt this "premier" Marlbough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc had become overpriced. Then I tried it again recently. It earns its stripes. In a sea of NZ Sauvignon Blanc, this is the flagship. Crisp, fruity, vibrant, and mouthwatering with an impressively long finish. Still not inexpensive, but if you want to experience the best, pair this with seafood or shell fish.
