Grape: Sauvignon Blanc

We heard the buzz around this "premiere" Marlborough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and fretted that perhaps it was over-hyped. Then we tried it for ourselves. It earns its stripes and then some. In a sea of NZ Sauvignon Blanc, this is the flagship. Crisp, fruity, vibrant, and mouthwatering with an impressively long finish. A sublime pairing with freshly caught seafood, or pasta with basil pesto.
