Grape: Vermentino
Tasting Notes: Apricot, Citrus, Almond, Rosemary
The Contini family has been dedicated to the production of wines since 1898 and for 4 generations.
The wine is just aged for a few months in steel and in concrete tanks to maintain the freshness of the fruit and acidity. The palate is round and clean with flavors of apricot, lemon, lime, almond, herbs and light saline notes on the finish. A good wine to accompany fish dishes but also fresh soft cheeses.
