While other wines celebrate doing the same thing for centuries, Cooper & Thief celebrates doing things differently. They take quality grapes from select California growing regions and stash them in ex-bourbon barrels for three months which gives way to soft, velvety tannins.
Very smooth and well balanced with bold flavors of caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, oak, and dark fruit leading to a long, lingering vanilla, raisin, and maple infused finish. Try with grilled steaks, braised ribs, or burgers.
