The Cote mas Crémant de Limoux is a lovely dry pink with delicate and persistent bubbles and bright acidity. It's crafted in the Méthode Traditionelle style, and sees one year aging en tirage. The fresh palate delivers flavors of pear, peach, biscotti, green apple, strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of blood orange all punctuated by a mineral driven finish. Great as an aperitif or with a wide variety of foods, especially savory bites.
