The ninth vintage of Covenant's Sauvignon Blanc comes from a region in Northern California where Sauvignon Blanc is considered the king of white wines. This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc comes from a small parcel north of Napa in Lake County. The wine itself is medium bodied and well structured. This solid Sauvignon Blanc offers classic Sonoma grapefruit notes, with hints of tropical fruits, lemon, gooseberry and herbs. Enjoy on its own or with light fare such as fish or chicken.
