Dimitri Diamantis tirelessly works to craft beautiful wines from the rocky, limestone terroir of his vineyards from local grapes like Xinomavro and the rare Moschomavor and Nigrikiotiko. It was Dimitri's grandfather, who hand-grafted the region's first Xinomavro vines. All vineyard work is organic and the winemaking is low-intervention.

This very classic example of Xinomavro from Siatista in Western Macedonia is lively, finely balanced and elegant with chewy tannins, medium plus body and a rich finish. The supple palate provides an abundance of flavors such as black cherry, mineral, black currant, pencil shavings, and olives, with hints of herbs and oak. It pairs amazingly well with all kind of barbecued meat (lamb chops, beef - pork steaks) and spicy sausages.
