Michel and Damien are third-generation winemakers at the head of this family estate. All their wines are vinified and preserved in the cellar dug in the tufa. The average age of the vineyard is 25 to 30 years and is partly renewed each year.

Dry, complex, balanced with high acid, medium body, a brilliant texture, and beautiful chalky minerality running through the wine. The layered palate presents a wide variety of flavors such as green apples, quince, pear, fresh lemon and lemon zest, honey peach, pineapple, stone, and flint with herbal sage notes. A good match for creamy seafood and shellfish dishes.
