This wine from Eric Louis is named for his great-great grandmother Pauline, who established the family's focus on quality wine production in the 1860's. Eric follows organic and biodynamic farming practices and is certified sustainable. His wines contain a low dose of sulfur.

This wine is soft and gently fruity with medium body and bright acidity.
