Marthe Durand, helped by her son Raymond began Domaine Durand in 1962 which has grown to 43 hectares over the years. The Domaine Durand is passionate about growing its vines with minimum intervention to ensure the utmost respect for the environment.
This wine is fresh and pure well balanced and structured with lively acidity and medium plus body. The vivacious palate features citrus, kiwi, pear, apple, dried herbs, chalk, and gooseberry with hints of passion fruit. Pairs well with goat cheese or mixed salad with olive oil. Serve with poultry or grilled trout, salmon, and shrimp
