This beautiful Châteauneuf du Pape is fragrant with raspberry and cherry fruit. It's gracefully smooth, balanced with medium body and silky tannins. There's loads of of black and red fruits flavors along with hints of licorice and some pepper spice. It is a great companion to your most hearty and festive fare. It's ideal with roasted duck, omelet with truffles, leg of lamb with herbs of Provence. A good Châteauneuf around $40? We thought it is impossible. This wine proved us wrong!
