Grape: 67% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre, 5% Other
Tasting Notes: Plum, Black cherry, Mineral, Raspberry
The Quiot family has rooplum and black cherryts in the production of wine in the Chateauneuf-du-Pape region tracing back to the mid-eighteenth century. In the modern era, under the guidance of Geneviève and Jérôme Quiot, they produce wines which are met with broad critical acclaim for their quality and representation of the regional terroir.
Rich, lush, silky, and definitely showcases the elegant side of Chateauneuf. Loads of fruit on the palate like plum, blood orange, raspberry, blackberry, black cherry, as erll as red licorice, oak, vanilla, and minerality. Will go well with burgers or red meats.
