The company was founded in 1991, under the name SIGALAS WINERY Ltd. and renamed DOMAINE SIGALAS S.A. in 2003 after years of shareholder investment allowing the winery to modernize and expand facilities.
Paris Sigalas used Asyrtiko grapes from Santorini with an equal amount of Monemvasia grapes from Paros and put the beauty of the Cyclades in your glass. This wine feels almost like velvet, even while unoaked. Suave but fruity (ripe pear, melon, grapefruit, lime zest, lemon peel) it is bright, gentle and fun. It finishes with notes of dried cantaloupe and dried peach. Try with grilled fish or shrimp in herb sauce.
