This wine shows extraordinary concentration, excellent acidity and a distinct mineral edge. It's a fresh, classic wine that has an amazing complexity, "Chardonnay" lusciousness, great balance, many-layers, and a very long finish. It exudes flvors of pear, apple, spices, minerals, lemon, and some floral notes. A good match for Moroccan spiced chicken or fish.
