The grapes for this easy going wine come from the Estate’s Dona Elsa Vineyards, which is situated in San Rafael, Mendoza, at around 2500 feet above sea level. Bianchi's Torrontes is a young, single-vineyard wine and expresses all the freshness that is typical of that varietal.  On the palate you'll immediately experience the crisp, refreshing mouthfeel with flavors of grapefruit, spice, orange blossom, pineapple, jasmine, and green apple followed by a clean, bright finish. Serve slightly chilled with salads or grilled fish.
