Grape: Tocai Friulano, Riesling, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat
Tasting Notes: Peach, Citrus, Orange peel, Minerality
This is their fourth year producing White Light. It started as a “fix” for not having enough Tocai Friulano to bottle as a stand alone wine, but they ended up really liking the blend and it was well received by everyone, so here it is again!
The fresh, round and lush palate has some texture with good acid and flavors towards orange peel, lime zest, lemon, baking spice, saline, and just there minerality. The fruit is sourced from organically farmed vineyards and the wine is neither filtered nor fined. Lovely with Caribbean spiced Jamaican Jerk chicken.
